One of the best games out today!

You won’t regret it, everything from audio to graphics, well thought out gameplay. Great cards and reward system, new cards dropped periodically and they really listen to feedback from players to keep the game moving in the right direction!

Love the play style, EXCEPT!

Can blizzard just make this one game less pay to win? We can’t physically hold the cards, they are digital numbers. Sure you can take a year and get cards through solo adventures and buying packs with the gold they give you, but the getting gold to buying packs ratio is way off and it takes a lot of time to get packs that way meanwhile you have people in Legend rank because they spent like $5,000 on this game. LESS PAY TO WIN AND MORE PLAY TO WIN!

Rigged Combat

I’ve been playing this game often on for years. It’s OK, but the battlegrounds feature is very obviously rigged. If it was something that happened behind the scenes and I never noticed, no big deal. But there are frequently really bizarre gameplay moves of the other players make that are obviously the computer trying to help another player win. Also, this game has a really hard time staying connected. I have to quit the app and try to reconnect sometimes a few times.

Standard plays dead.

Can’t deal with buying new card packs every season and keeping up. Battlegrounds 5 stars

Didn’t want to give 5.... but HS deserves the 5...

I had a hard time saying 5star.... I fell like there’s aspects of it that border 3.5-4........ but then I consider how much the game truly offers for a free to play and free to win app. All without ads too.... this game truly has many of the most desired aspects when choosing game apps. You can literally play nonstop until you are not physically capable without paying anything. There are in-app purchases that speed up progress in aspects like card collections, but you can literally just collect cards in free play environments and then dust them to make any card you like. Lots of play modes Free Strategy can get you as far as cash Constant updates and tournaments Genuinely a good MTG-successor type of card game with balanced gameplay through constant tweaks and updates They EARNED the 5star rating from me.

Pay to Win Trash

The Faustian Man

Many hours and dollars put into this game. There are no unique decks and it’s a rather bland experience where the mega switches ever season (or release). But Priest can steal cards along with Mage, while Rogue rarely steals cards - for example. Which shows lack of foresight in adhering to any game design principal. 1. Deck will be horribly OP. And if you buy it - you’ll win matches. But you gotta do loot box mechanics you cannot buy the cards you need. 2. The person who spends more money on the game will win. When I play free to plays I obliterate them. When I play someone who spent more money than me, I am obliterated. The games aren’t even close. Don’t bother if you like games you can grow into and strategize about.

What happened to this game?

I’ve been playing this game on and off since it was released (longest break being this past summer when I didn’t play for maybe 4-5 months) . I would have given it 5 stars for the first few years when it was a fun and simple game that you could jump in and out of while making steady progress with each character. The first few expansions were spread out so that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with new tactics or cards. Over the last few years it has become less and less enjoyable for me. I don’t have the time to invest in this game in order to acquire all the necessary cards to be competitive anymore. It seems like there is a new card for every character for every possible situation if you’re willing to pay for them or spend countless hours trying to “win” them. There is always an update to be had requiring more space, more grinding to get the new cards that really affect game play, and more garbage cards to sort through. One of the worst parts for me is that you see the same decks over and over and over again. It gets very boring knowing exactly what your opponent is going to do and that you can’t stop it unless you are able to beat them before a certain turn or have certain cards to counter. I always make my my own decks and had decent success in the past (consistent level 9 or 10 rank before it switched to the bronze, silver, gold) but now I just see the same decks at all levels of difficulty. Boring. Anyone who has been playing this since the beginning, like myself, knows just how much this game has changed for the worse. After getting the latest update with a progression system I don’t understand and don’t care to spend the time to figure out I think I will be freeing up the space on my phone and looking elsewhere for a quick, fun and simple game to casually play.

My favorite game

Neo9999955

I’ve played this game every day since it launched over 7 years ago. They’re adding more content and more free content annually. Come play.

Blizzard doesn’t disappoint

KWx506

I’ve been playing this game for 5 months now and im very happy I found a mobile game that isn’t pay to win and free The game is really fun however i experienced some bugs back in the day but now there’s almost no bugs, the single player is very enjoyable too, the stories are fun, and there are many many many cards you can collect and make new strategies to win. I personally love blizzard games I play overwatch too And im very pleased with this game

Either play free 24/7 or Pay to Win

If you don’t buy card packs, you’re just going to get decimated buy P2W cards. You can earn packs for free, but you have to play a LOT to even get anything decent. Decent game ruined by greed.
