Played HS since launch, used to play ranked competitively until it became too Pay-to-win. So I switched to playing battlegrounds and have played over 10k battleground games. Once I got to 7K mmr I began having my suspicions because I would get super unlucky with bob’s tavern, multiple games in a row. So I decided to actually test the probability of minion tier average and probability of finding certain minions/types…long story short my minion tier average on refresh (including auto refresh)is at the bottom 3% of a STdev curve, which isn’t even the bad part. The bad part is my % chance of finding a wanted minion type, I tested across 100 refreshes and found that only 23 times gave me ANY minions of my committed type. Ran some numbers and found that the chance of this is just about zero. This is my proof of a rigged “RNG” system, I would urge other players to test this. The greed of this company knows no bounds, even the supposed F2P mode is brazenly rigged. Basically if you pay money you’ll get better rolls. If you don’t pay, then good luck finding that triple. What a joke.

Screw spending 45 minutes in a match just for it to freeze up and then have to restart. Of course resuming current match never works either. Waste of time.

Just started playing again after two years away an I'm instantly reminded why I quit. I don’t have many good cards yet and Im low in the ranking system yet I’m forced to face players with disgustingly overpowered decks an tricks. Guess I gotta go elsewhere for a fair game. Besides who wants to give money to a company that treats its employees worse than live stock!

Tired of playing the same warrior decks over and over again. Lost its fun and waiting until the next expansion before bothering to play this anymore.

On the App Store it shows the compatibility options for this app, iOS 10 or later and a bunch of apple devices, of which my iPad is on. The app crashes on start up every time. If the app does not work on these devices or iOS it needs to be reflected in the information tab. It makes no sense that the app works completely fine without issue then all of a sudden doesn’t but still shows its compatible with devices that won’t run the app. I don’t know if this is on the App Store side or Blizzard side but it’s frustrating.

If you like a cash-grabbing, RNG based, poorly optimized disaster of a game, Hearthstone is for you. It also collect a TON of data that it absolutely does not need. What else would expect from Blizzard, though.

Battlegrounds is unplayable on the mobile version - animations take ages and it’s impossible to take the long turns effectively. Also, if by any chance the app pauses (for example if you get a call) the game either freezes or the app restarts. Not worth playing it on the phone.

I’ve been playing Hearthstone for years, and I’m still absolutely enjoying it!
