Pay to win trashbag

Sukehiro the Stranger

The UI and Controls of the game are excellent, however the game is broken by pay to win like so many games There is similar to physical card games, a rotating set of standard cards that can be played against other standard decks. Throughout the season you will get stomped here because as you are trying to rank up and build your deck slowly through opening packs, some guys is going to drop $100 and make his deck wildly stronger than yours with the latest legendaries, while all your nice cards slowly expire into the rotation and you cant use them anymore, its to encourage you to play more/ buy more to win. No strategy required most packs have built in ones if you farm enough cards. Wild is the game mode to play all your cards, in case you didnt want to lose everything each rotation, but it doesn't make it more fair. It's another mode that obviously favors pay to win, as a ton of broken legendary cards are introduced with each new storyline they produce and only ptw players are buying $20 expansions every 2-3 months. Now these players have a backlog of broken cards as well as all the cards you have and the newest cards to use in this mode... smh This game is no longer built to accept a new player base, even if you shell out mad cash you are still behind all the other chumps in wild mode

Too slow animation

Don't destroy football konami

It takes a year to play a Cthun Priest combo. The animation is too slow. Fix that

Hearthstone is a good game with a bad corporate.

Overall the game is phenomenal but the makers of the game do not care about player satisfaction only profit.

Amazing game

I have been playing this for years now, and while it’s irritating that they get rid of cards. It’s fun for me to adapt and continue. For those who experience crashes and are upset at game for not working... it’s not the games fault. Your phones graphics are low and cannot handle it, not the games fault. The game works great on my phone, not so good on my sons crappy tablet, or husbands older phone. I love this game! And love the new rewards set up, helps me get coins easier.

Best pay to win game!

Well for starters I’m a whale so this game is super fun, I’ve been playing since 2016 an it’s been a blast winning all these battles with the cards a bought for big money, So ya, I consider you downloading it and having yourself a wonderful time buying card packs an getting poo ;) goodluck.

Overall good things

The game is quite solid overall. If you like trading card games then you’ll likely enjoy the game. I have a decent trading card game background, having played MTG, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh growing up. Compared to them this game is a definite winner. The development team has struggled in the recent years with balance (Aggro got a little out of hand), but they make up for it with creative and fun content. They have some very interesting mechanics that simply could not be properly duplicated in a paper TCG and the card animations are gorgeous for some cards. Again balancing is the only real issue I have with this game these days. Some might bring up price but I dare these people to go play MTG and see if you’re money gets you even half as far. At least Blizzard has made it possible to play for free and provides ways to earn card packs. Most other card games cannot claim this. Long story short definitely try this out if you enjoy TCGs.

Not new player friendly

Siah C.

Been playing this game for quite some time. I’ll admit it’s not new player friendly and the in game economy has gotten worse especially since they added a battle pass system which places a cap on the gold you earn. The Crafting system is far beyond out dated. If you want to only play standard then the game is mediocre at best, you get new cards every set rotation but you basically lose all your time, effort, and progress when standard rotates out. You’re then left with 2 options, disenchant all your old cards, or save them for wild but you then have to craft/ spend money to build wild decks and its just bad economy. I give 3 stars for the fact that if you’ve been playing for sometime the game is super good but if you’re new, you basically have to spend money and be exploited if you want to get anywhere or just keep up with the game, and thats the issue, they’ve made free to play more difficult than ever before and you have to spend money to keep up with the game.

Gets Boring Quick

So many players just go online and copy other players decks. Depending on the character used you end up playing the same deck over and over. It has ruined the game.
