Fun enough but wow frustrating

Free to play since OG classic and really enjoy the game but lately the performance issues (glitched visuals, card backs being frozen in place on the field obscuring the minions being played, game crashes, lagging like crazy in BG) and now this bright dust debacle, blizzard is really giving me reasons to go find a new game to play.

Currently lousy with one or more cheaters

One or more users have created bot accounts, which they use to play ranked versus games with the Warrior class and usually the legendary start-of-game minion Baku Mooneater, which upgrades that hero power to "Gain 4 armor". On each turn starting with the 2nd one, the hero power is somehow activated by the "button" being touched or triggered every few seconds. Therefore, the bot never times out (as in the "Your opponent left" scenario). These fake accounts usually have more meaningless and random-sounding usernames than actual users would have. Two I wrote down are HUTTAWIT and EpicTato22. I also recently saw the word "yes" as a username for a bot like this. This has been going on for at least a month, as far as I've been able to track it. Your actual users don't deserve to have to play a 20+ minute game in which we are the only player, especially those of us who have funded your currently shoddy work by making purchases. Stop this problem.

Every time there’s an update I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, otherwise it states I don’t have adequate storage space and stops working. The game itself is fun.

Can never open the app without having to wait for an update to download. I’d rather just not play if it means waiting 10+ minutes for a download

Game is flashy and fun. You can grind till you have a competitive deck or two. No matter what tho you will face a person who has an answer to everything you throw and you’re forced to concede or loss eventually

Better play it on PC

The mobile version has very low frame rates and the animations sometimes are laggy. Some actions requires one more tap than PC. This means you might not have enough time to do what you want. I would say there are many times I feel very frustrated to play it on the phone.

Do you like flushing your money down the toilet? Well this is the game is for you. I’m done with Blizzard. They don’t care about content or integrity. They just want your money. I recently tried purchasing a limited time offer of 35 card packs and 2 random legendaries. I made several attempts to purchase and didn’t get what I paid for, and yes they took my money. I contacted customer service and they refused to give me card packs or my money back. So I’m done with Blizzard and not just with this game but all of their games. I’ve had enough.

The Battlegrounds game is rigged. I won a match in first place, watched my hero inflict lethal damage. But the game still put me in 2nd place. There were no disconnect or other technical issue. I’ve seen many glitches, lags and failures to award points or buffs. This latest is infuriating. The game is in Beta, but it needs a serious overhaul.

I playe the game and tried to get illadin but I needed to beat cenarius and I can’t because you need really really good luck to beat him so pleas nerf him

Battlegrounds broken & disconnects

Love the game, but frequent disconnects and now (disconnected ?) battlegrounds opponents are getting stuck in first place not battling other players and ruining the bracket.
