While trying to register and put into information the keyboard just disappears. One of the worst health provider apps I’ve ever used.

The app crashes all the time and in the same spots. It should be very easy to fix. As an example, I have tried to enroll in home prescription delivery and the app crashes at checkout.

It used to work... they keep updating and changing things for no reason. Now I can’t find anything I used to use. Find a physician is beyond confusing to the point that it’s useless.

Makes you sign in again to access your ID card even after you sign into the app. Feedback is broken for those not using the built in mail app. No real useful information about my plan coverage.

Images don’t appear. Forms don’t fill correctly. It asked for feedback, but when I clicked “Improve it” i got an alert that I couldn’t send email from this device. What the heck? At least it holds my health insurance card and has some information. But it really needs fixing.

Just like everything to do with United healthcare, this app is garbage. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with United. Their coverage is awful and no provider accepts them. They are especially awful for mental health services. None of my doctor's accept them and I now know to avoid them. Good luck getting anything covered, they have a lot of hoops to jump through. Unfortunately my new employer used UHC for prescriptions and FSAs. This app won't even let me log in at all. Piece of ****
Cant get in due to gateway error
