Overheats my phone/chat does work

I tried using the chat since I’m hard of hearing. After 3 attempts I had to give up. It didn’t work, cut off text and booted me out each time. Gave up and called, the rep I got was nice but I couldn’t understand what he was saying at all.

This app is very easy to use. I love that I can pull up my insurance cards on this app. It’s very convenient.
