Application was killing after opening it

Updates broke my access

I have not been able to get into my app for over a week. It is asking me to update information and when I do and hit complete it tells me network error. This is very frustrating.

Every time I click on the app to check something out it closes. It doesn’t even open up.. my app is update so I’m not sure what’s going on.
Awful registration process

I put in all my information, spent 10 minutes on it twice, and I still get the same answer. “We are having trouble with the service right now.” Stop wasting my time. I guess I’ll have to call because you’re stupid app is useless.
A HEADACHE

this is such a headache. I restarted my password and the app still does not log me in. I keep getting a message saying that their server is down
No Access to Dr List

Used to really appreciate this app. Now map & list of doctors is “unavailable”- for weeks on end. No detailed billing/claim info anymore either. What happened?!!! Very useful app now useless.
