Frustrated user-horrible app
It was working fine until recently. Now it crashes while it’s still trying to load.
Was excellent app until latest update

I loved this app and used it frequently. However, this latest update causes it to crash upon login on my iPhone and iPad. I had no choice but to reinstall so ended-up losing all of my saved payment notes and data. Hours worth of effort wasted :( AND it is still not working as I am trying to pay medical bills due. Not sure if I will go back to using this app after this bad experience.
Crashes before able to submit claim

The app, upon multiple updates and versions, still crashes constantly when attempting to fill-out and submit a claim on my iPhone SE. I have this issue all the time. I end up having to submit via online access online on my computer.

Latest version is busted!!! Crashes when logging in. This has been reported here already. It’s not user specific. It’s all users. I have an old iPad running 6.0 version of the app that works just fine. Please fix the current issue or roll back to the prior version please. 6.2 is the bad one!! App is usually pretty helpful.

EVERYTIME I log in the app just shuts off. Been this way for over two weeks

Opens app, logs in, and it crashes every.single.time. I loved the convenience of this but the fact that now it’s completely unusable makes it a waste of space to have on my phone. Would love to see this fixed as soon as possible so I can view my claims!
