Quick and Accurate

This app provides quick and accurate access to all claims and links nicely to health savings accounts. It provides the ability to mark items as paid when you have paid through alternate payment methods and allows notes to be added to individual claims.
One of the worst security implementations ever

Asks to login, validate identity, go through two factor authentication... just to tell you there is an active HealthSafe ID already registered (which, duh, I knew) and then locking your account. Fail.
Provider search is nearly impossible

When searching for a provider, and you leave the app for any reason (tap on the provider’s address, minimize the app, etc.) the app will completely reset upon returning. It goes through the login process again, and you lose your search results. Basically useless for finding a provider.

The app shows me my claims and my card, that’s great, BUT when I go to try and find a doctor or care center, nothing comes up in the entire world. I dont understand why. It’s not helpful.

I was introduced to this app by customer care. I got sick with fever and body pains. Earlier I used to visit doctor. Now I called customer , they asked questions and symptoms for 5 minutes. Told me a medicine over the counter , used it. The app save time and money and avoid unnecessary trips to doctor. It’s been 2 years since I visited doctor. fingers crossed. . Occasional cold, fever, sinus problems taken care.

I love the fact that the ID cards are always available. Incident occurred recently my husband couldn’t find the ID card but he had the app so my daughter was able to be seen at the ER.
