This latest attempt by UHC to have a decent app is another failure. Oxford members are directed to another app that more often than not doesn't accept Touch ID. I can't even enter my password manually. Shame on UHC for being years behind Aetna, Cigna the Blues amongst others with app and member online services.

I love this app, it has all I need in one place. I can access my ID card, view claims, even have someone from UHC call me.

***** revised review This app is amazing again. Makes navigating my insurance plan fast and easy. All the info I need at my fingertips, including my ID card. Plus.. they listened to my feedback. So happy to have this app back to the functionality I was used to obtaining from it.
