App doesn’t display ID Card correctly

Post upgrade to iOS 14.01 and the ID cards no longer display properly on the iPhone 7 Plus. Also, as with other apps, the ID card should be viewable in Apple Wallet. Correct these short falls and I’ll add a star.

The app allows me to find pharmacies and healthcare providers while I travel for my job. I am in different States in the U.S. and use the app when I am in need of any type of care. I also use it to keep track of my steps bc it’s easy to fall out of an exercise routine while traveling! What a great lifesaver this app has been!

Loaded this cause my old UHC app said I could not use it anymore but could use this. It lets me login, appears to have my past prescription info, but only shows a vision id card. And if I try to look at anything, responds with I have to have an active plan! I can login to the web site where I pay my bill and see all that I need! JUNK, synchronize your information UhC!

I went to Contact Me and used the option for them to call me. I didn’t have to go through a long line of automated questions. The app went to who I needed to talk to within 5 minutes. That’s unheard of in this day and age. I’m very happy with how the app performed
