I was able to initially set up my harmony remote and hub. Once I wanted to make a change to a device or delete a device the app would try to connect to the Harmony server. This would take minutes and still would not connect. Please fix this issue!!

Just bought a new Harmony remote and app is useless. Crashes or freezes upon opening. Can't set up remote at all.

I use the Widget of the Harmony app all the time on my iPhone and iPad. What I do not like about the iPad app is that it is only available in Landscape mode. I’d like it if there was an option for it to also be usable in Portrait orientation. It’s annoying going between apps in Portrait, then opening Harmony and rotating my iPad.

Awful in every way. Wants to update and then gets stuck at 25%. No one knows why. Support can’t help and has no clue despite me paying $400 for the Harmony Elite. Who has programmed that junk - a Sumatran Rat monkey donkey?

The set up process for this app and the Harmony hub was a total disaster - the harmony hub is unable to get onto a network and the app continues to error out. Terrible purchase .

I believe that it’s possible. They want you to buy their expensive physical remotes that are also as cheaply made as possible. Only a few have figured out the remote dilemma. Logitech is better than most. But it still disappoints. No way I’m throwing 300 bucks on their top of the line because I don’t trust them. I would love them to surprise me. The standards are high though. Probably not going to happen. There is one truly great remote out there. I’ll probably end up with that one. Sevenhugs. Weird name. Interesting innovative and very simple device.

With flexibility comes a bit more complexity. I personally prefer the ability to customize when it comes to apps like this. Once everything is sorted out i.e. devices and favorites it all works very well.

Horrible. Froze and dropped connection continuously. Will switch to computer. If that doesn’t work it goes back to the store. This shouldn’t be so hard...
