Has not improved in a decade

FiercePants

I had the Harmony remote way back in the day. I found it frustrating to use with all the IR blasters and setup was difficult. Having just upgraded to a 4K TV and Dolby Atmos sound bar I thought I would try Harmony again. This was a mistake. Clearly this product line is not a focus for them. I expected some new innovative approaches to solving their original problems, but I am left disappointed again.

Frustrating but mostly functional

RoamingBison

Trying to set up longer sequences is maddeningly frustrating. The UI is broken in several places, delay sliders don’t work. Steps cannot be rearranged. How about a way to repeat a step “x” times, like scrolling down a menu of picture modes? Entering the same step 11 times in a row is maddening. Also, when testing events the app cycles between off and on way too soon. Give things a couple seconds to shut down ffs.

Works great on iPhone but touchscreen not working on iPad Pro

Couldn’t even get it to synch with my WiFi. Garbage and waste of my time.

No iPhone X Screen Support?

kdent7

Not sure why this technically proficient a company has decided to forego adding iPhone X screen support.

Poorly designed and confusing

petridish38

I am pretty good with technology, but the menus in this app are confusing and not intuitive. With what the harmony line is trying to achieve, I was expecting that opening this app would be just like picking up a remote. This is not the case. It is clunky and the interface exchanges between the app and hub are slow.

So much potential, poor execution, NO APPLE WATCH, come on!

mattip1

This app does the job, the hardware is great. The UI is not great (poor design elements) and it isn’t very intuitive. Logitech could easily change the way people interact with their devices, they just don’t seem to care about this app :( I want to give 1 star but it works reliably, just needs more features and better user experience (Apple Watch support PLEASE).

Awful

George Capote

This app is hilariously bad. And it doesn’t support the full screen of iPhone X!

Good tool for a great product

WinterC15

I have been using Harmony remotes for at least 10 years. The only issue that I consistently have with this application is the reliability of connection to my hubs. Whenever I have to reset my home network, the app/hubs lose connection; therefore, I have to reconnect the within the app each time. This is annoying, but it is a small issue. Overall, the app is very intuitive. Setup is easy. My only request, although petty, would be to add a 45 minute sleep timer! The current timers are in 30 minute intervals.
