We are not only bonding with our teenagers, we are improving our productivity as well. Anyone can use this. My teenagers set habits (positive ones to increase & negative ones to decrease), daily must (should) dos, and specific one time only to-dos around school and sports etc. I’m a stay at home mom so I use mine to keep me motivated to do laundry, pay bills. Hubs uses it for his specific goals. We are all in a party together and we have friendly competitions about who levels faster etc. It’s silly that collecting every type of online cute pets is motivating enough to get me to clean or teenagers to do homework, but it’s working! We work on quests together it’s great. However you can TOTALLY play by yourself. I played for over three months before getting my family on board, and there are guilds, chats, and challenges anyone can join.

This app looks like a fun idea but I can’t even register, I’ve repeatedly tried to register and the wheel keeps spinning and spinning. Then a red error message pops up saying “cannot connect to server, check your internet connection”.

I couldn’t even register an account. It kept saying could not connect to the server, but I know my connection was just fine and wasn’t the problem. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Good idea for an app but the execution of it is horrible.

This app (and my phone’s calendar) have completely replaced my paper planner, and work far better than that did for me. What’s more, the prompts and streaks keep me motivated to complete tasks even on my most depressed days. Definitely recommended if you struggle with organization and/or mental health issues.

It’s great! But, I’m a little bored now.

I’ve had this app since February of this year, and I love it! It helps me complete a multitude of tasks, and I believe that the concept of its video-game format makes it fun! I’ve just run into a small problem (that happens to be opinionated). I’ve reached a level 32, but in doing so, I’ve become bored. It’s really hard to level up, and I keep receiving the same items over and over. This review is just a heads-up to people who want to try this app! I suggest it!

Not worth the effort

I love the idea behind the app. But unless you want to buy gems, you can almost immediately run out of rewards in game which makes the rpg aspect basically nonexistent. Quests are a joke. No matter how good you are about completing dailies and tasks, it takes forever to finish one. And there seem to be a ton that, once again, you have to pay gems for. The pets and mounts are an okay idea but they’re only for collection purposes making it, too, pretty pointless. The idea is there, but the app is clunky and flawed. You get punished for completing your tasks regularly instead of rewarded. It’s gotten to where I’d really rather just keep track of my goals/chores/etc in a planner since that feels more rewarding. And to complain about the gems again, it seems like every new News announcement they push out revolves around solely gems. Well, I’ve already bought everything I can buy with coins including the best weapon for my class which is still making this quest take freaking forever. Now the coins are just useless to me. How about expanding the stuff that can be bought without spending RL money?
