Currently getting daily reminders of my items that are on a recurring monthly schedule. ? Dailies don’t refresh unless I open the app and force it. I like the functionality better than Apple Reminders, but there are constantly new bugs.

I love this app, but the new update brought with it a lot of bugs - and we can no longer sort pets by color, as far as I can tell, which is very annoying. A week ago I would have given 5 stars, but today is 4 stars - let’s hope the bugs are fixed soon.

Easy and fun to use

I really like using this app, it’s a simple and effective way to keep track of habits and to encourage keeping up with habits (it’s SO annoying to die in this app, best just keep up the habits). The newest update made it much more sleek and smooth, so much nicer to look at. Something that could be fixed is when you go to hatch an egg, I’d like to be able to go back to the previous page rather than going back to the menu and then having to click back to the items. It’s annoying when I’m checking to see what ones I still need to hatch and having to go in and out of the menu. In addition, i think there should be rewards or achievements for hatching eggs/completing sets of pets/mounts. There’s not much incentive as of right now to do it other than for collection sake, so it’d be nice if there was at least like achievements that could be made. Overall, a simple, fun, and easy app to use. Thank you to the devs!

I’ve been with Habitica since before there was an app, when it was HabitRPG, and am excited to see the new updates. My Apple Watch just asked me if I wanted to accept a quest. It’s not a perfect app despite my rating, but it’s versatile and constantly improving. Original title: I am running late for work because I chose to write this review instead of get ready and that is why I use Habitica

My reviews keep getting deleted

My reviews keep getting deleted because I’m bringing up valid points. The FAQ is atrocious, doesn’t answer any questions, and references articles that do not exist in the FAQ. Bugs like daily reminders going off 36 hours after they’re due EVEN AFTER COMPLETION have been going on since I first downloaded this app in January. The reminders even bypass “do not disturb” mode on iPhone, so I have alarms to water my plants going off at 2am a day later when I work at 6am. I’ve been told more than twice to “just use the desktop version” by developers. No. I discovered this and downloaded it on my phone for mobility. Am I supposed to lug around my desktop all day with me, hoping to find internet and outlets randomly through town as I complete my day so I can set up a desktop in public to record my dailies?

Lost Some Functionality In This Version

2.0.1 version: I like the new UI and added functionality that has been brought to this version (being able to see how much damage you will inflict on a boss quest after using a certain skill, new buttons) However, some functionality is also now gone: Can no longer organize pets by color group and I have to search through each pet to find which color animal still needs feeding. Also, no way to feed Royal Purple pets now; they are not under each pet's color grouping. Party functionality still is glitchy and I can't seem to add another person to an existing party or message anyone via app. This problem has been persistent for many versions. More quests and new activities to compete would be great. I've started Habitica over twice in one year because I keep maxing out on the things I can do. Love love love the app and has been great for me, but just looking for more things to do inside it other than feeding pets and finishing the quests! Keep up the great work.

This app is awesome! It gives me some much-needed motivation to complete tasks in my life that I don’t want to do. It gives me a sense of accomplishment for completing activities, and on top of everything, it’s super fun! I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes video games or role playing games or who wants to get their life in order!
