Need more features

K. Seales

I like the ability to see which aisle a product is on but it’s so small. Why is the product size in bold but the aisle info so small? I think those need to be switched design wise. Also it would be great if you could share lists other than email. The ability to edit lists with the people you share it with would really help a lot. Another feature that would be great would be the ability for the app to scan your grocery list and be able to see if there are coupons for anything already added to your list rather than you having to scan the coupons and then add. Also if you have this feature, it would also be good to suggest similar products if the one you selected doesn’t have an associated coupon.

Ewwww.....

Sad in Houston

I just spent an hour trying to install this app, register, create an account, and figure out how it works. Not user-friendly at all. Could not figure out the digital coupons....kept reading about entering a 4-digit PIN but I could never figure out how to GET a 4-digit PIN, even after thoroughly searching the internet for any kind of information. And after reading all the other reviews and problems with the lists, I will continue to use paper and pen and grab the in-store coupons. I love HEB, but this app is a waste of time. Expected better from this company.

I ❤️H-E-B but hate this App

I guess every store can’t get everything perfect. This app is a waste of time. Who has time (I don’t) to scroll through & click each item. If you stop to answer a text on your phone, then you have to start over. Geez! Just give us the discount at the register line Sams & Costco do. Sure you don’t have a membership fee, but you have SO much going for you. Why make yourself look bad with this stupid app?

Removing “lists”

Ctimm1202

I cannot figure out how to remove this week’s list so I now have 7 lists to use!! A little help please

Frustrating

This app is frustrating and confusing. I even called for help and they couldn’t find me in the system. It takes you to a website for curbside pickup instead of having it all in one place. It’s hard to find all the coupons for the weekly add so you miss out on meal deals. They seriously need to do some work or take a page out of Kroger’s app.

Needs search filters

JMelz76

This app is great in the sense that it organizes your grocery list based on the items location in the store and allows you to organize electronic coupons. I just wish they would add a search filter that would only show items carried by the H-E-B I selected as my store. Instead, it just adds the item you selected to your list with a note that it is not available. Then you have to delete it, do another search and hope that the next option you pick is available in your store because there is nothing to indicate if it is or not in the search list. Please fix this.

Intrusive app setup.

rjdrj

The app requested to always know my location or to only know my location when using the app. I did not want either choice. There was no option to decline sharing my location. I could not clear the popup screen. I could not close the app. Basically the popup screen froze the phone until finally after a few minutes it closed by itself. This is a terrible situation of a bad app design!

Delete list

I don’t see any way to delete old or unused lists.

Difficult to pick the store Evidently you have to login to use Just want to find merchandise since the managers move items randomly so it is inefficient for shopping. For once it would be nice to have an app that helps. Home Depot is much better.

Good app, needs some updates

I love this app to check out coupons available when I go grocery shopping. I would suggest creating the option to scan an item (when in stores shopping) that will tell you if there is a coupon available. The target app has this feature and it’s amazing! Scrolling through the coupons on the H-E-B app is a little frustrating because it lags sometimes so it’d be easier to just scan an item.
