Basic annoying flaws that need to be fixed

-Jeff007-

I have been using this H-E-B app for over a year and it works great with the exception of two conditions: 1. Only one person can be logged into the H-E-B app at ONE time. This is very annoying and resembles sloppy program coding on the back end. There are so many apps that can have more than one person logged in at the same time. If I am shopping and my spouse logs into the app with the same username and password, the app will boot me out without warning and then I have to relentlessly try to log back in until it lets me. 2. H-E-B really needs to talk to ALL of the major wireless carriers and coordinate with them on figuring out a way to boost service INSIDE of their stores. I often struggle with the app running very slow especially on a busy weekend trying to refresh itself to get into the next screen or item. No, I will not use H-E-B’s free UNSecured WiFi...I’m not even going to get into that logic of reason there! I often have one bar of service in one store and another store I cannot even make calls! I know this is really a problem with the wireless carriers and not H-E-B but there are lots of businesses that install cell phone signal boosters for their customers. Unfortunately H-E-B does not appear to be one of them. Very shocking considering how wealthy the H-E-B family is and how successful their grocery stores are in all of Central Texas.

Slow with update

The H-E-B app has gotten very slow and harder to unlock after this last update. even though you were in your shopping list and your screen times out, going back into the app is very difficult it acts like it freezes up also H-E-B has not been very competitive with their coupons thus making this app not very useful. I used to save an average of $10-$20 a visit. now they’re coupon saving application is just a gimmick.
