When a product is listed by search but shows no in store location, please tell us whether it is available in a nearby store.

Heb you can do so much better. You need better programmers who actually use the app and shop from it or get a focus group if REAL PEOPLE LIKE ME who use the app to view the weekly sale ad, search for coupons, build their lists, shop from the list etc., The list function needs major improvement. You can only delete things one by one or the entire list all together. You cannot copy select items to another list only everything. That doesn’t always work either. I have gone through all my selected coupons, checking off oh say 20 items and chose “Add to list” only to have it add to every list or one not selected. Frustrating. Since I now have to remove all those items one by one from all but one list. Who has time for that? ❤️Love that I can more easily find things by category. ❤️ Love that you have added aisle location, prices, nutritional info, sizes, all A++ ?****Would be nice if price per ounce were included. **** Curbside is great but why do we have to go to a completely separate program for it and start over with a new list? Also, would be courteous if you to disclose that MOST coupons and sale prices are not available for curb side purchases. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL! If we are paying you $5 for the service why are the prices higher for the items as well? I used to be a devoted, HEB only gal. Loved the prices, selection and quality of fresh items. Lately I am looking to other stores because the selection has become limited to one or two brands plus H-E-B or HCF only. Too much space devoted to convenience foods, bulk boxes of snacks and other prepackaged junk. I miss the GROCERY store! Yes, those items are certainly much more profitable but please remember your die hard, long time committed customers who still buy things that require more than opening a bag or using a microwave or who brew coffee in something other than a kuerig. Heb cannot be best for the level of customer service however. I have shopped in the fanciest groceries in the nicest parts of Houston and not had the same level of service, kindness, helpfulness and KNOWLEDGE their employees have across the board! I can ask someone in any section where I can find an item, even something somewhat unusual and they can immediately tell me “you will find that on aisle x” and 90% of the time will stop what they are doing to show me. MAJOR POINTS for that!

Delete coupon

This app does not let you delete a coupon. And for 1 time use the system will not remove off, then your wandering did I use it or lose it. Then at check out, does not pick up because the system will not remove at times what was used several weeks ago.

Can’t remove coupons that conflict w other coupons. Have to redeem these first before paper coupons, otherwise coupons from app will not apply. Kind of dumb ....

The app won’t let me set “my store” so I can see what isles products are in. That’s lame. And, no, I don’t want to have to sign up and login for that. DELETE!!!

What’s the use with this app if you can’t buy the list that you make. And also I tried to move one list over to wish list and it even gave me the option and it never happened. Afterwards I had to go into the list and move each individual item from that list over to my wish list. Eventually I gave up at 27 items because there’s a 3 step process to do this task and I have 127 items in my original list. I wanted to be able to make a list from this app and buy it and do curbside or delivery! Not just look through HEB’s thousands of products just to make a list. What’s the use in that? Step it up HEB and make this app user friendly.

Weekly Ad

Accessing the weekly ad is usually a fail. It’s either unavailable or the entire ad isn’t there. Frustrating as the weekly ad isn’t delivered in the mail or local paper anymore.

Great job on prices for Himalayan salt lamps I noticed it was as low as Amazon. I should have checked H-E-B price before I bought it from amazon. I will purchase it from H-E-B when I buy the next one. I clicked on entertainment and electronics because it said “see deal” and there was no deal that I could find ?

Can’t transfer my list to my cart

What is the point of making a list if you can’t move that list to a cart. It’s like I have to shop twice. When I’m scheduling curbside pickup and my time is available, I should be able to copy my list to my cart and submit it. I shouldn’t have to shower for my items all over again. It makes no sense. Then, it’s not easy to toggle from your list to your cart to transfer. I literally had to email my list to myself so that I could see it while I was shopping. Aye!
