Wish I could have actually use this app to rate it. Every time I’ve used it basically tries to load for 5 mins, and then crashes.

I just want to see the ad in the same format as the newspaper copy! What is so difficult about that? Today I can’t even find the option for the pdf version. I don’t want a list. I want the ad! Your app has steadily become worse. Not usable to me anymore. In the beginning, I was excited to see digital coupons and trudged through the process of selecting the ones I wanted. But since those coupons are also at the store it became irrelevant to even use them. It was hassle to use that feature anyway, and there was no advantage to using it.

This Is the worst app, just spent more then an hour thinking I’d try and save some money, clipped all coupons and when I went to scan the app at the Register nothing... ugh, I’m shopping at Whole Foods from now on, at least there I know that the prices are high, but at least I can get in and out without waisting time.

The app has a lot of problems. It is not user friendly, and half the time takes so long to connect, it is easier to go without it. So far, the Touch ID option doesn't seem to work. It would be nice to be able to use this app. I hope someone fixes it.

Occasional issues, but this app is great as far as selecting items on my list and then finding them in the store. I can even check the price for HEB products while I’m looking at the same item in another store.

Downloaded to try and use for shopping. But app is useless. App exists only to send annoying messages. Avoid the app.

Terrible to navigate. Tell me where the product is located - aisle. Make it like Home Depot or Lowe’s AP.

I do appreciate being able to delete items from my list but I just don’t see how to delete the whole list including the list name. I know I can keep creating me lists but after a while I need to get rid of project related list names. If I could do that, I could see myself giving this app a higher rating. However, I do like seeing the aisles numbers by the items I need.

I like the H-E-B app for several reasons: 1- You can see the coupons, weekly ad and products through the app. So you can see what items your H-E-B carries and add them to your list. 2- I like that you can add a coupon item to your digital grocery list and when you’re ready to check out, the cashier scans your phone. 3- It’s an all in one type hub and you can access Delivery, Pharmacy, and Curbside through the app! What I do not like about the app: 1- It freezes and crashes quite a bit. 2- When adding items to your lists, it does not provide a picture or anything. It’s just a black and white list with check boxes. 3-It would be AWESOME IF the app would sort or group items by type. Such as, dairy items, snacks, breakfast, etc. This would make shopping so much easier and more organized!! I keep getting lost in my list and just went back to a different app because it was too complicated.
