Worst app ever

sjbrockman

Simple things should be easy. This app makes the simplest of choices convoluted. Impossible to consistently use. A 30 min order could take 3 hours to place if it can be placed at all. Starting to split my purchases between other online options. So far the other options are winning my business.

Terrible

...CHLC...

Worst grocery app ever. I don’t think it has ever worked for me once. I would probably actually shop here if the app would work. I shop at Kroger bc I can access their app, coupons and ClickList quickly and easily every time.

Went from good to lousy

Fredericksburg shopper

The original version of this app was useful but has become cumbersome and convoluted and is no longer helpful!

Why?

irishjoe70

Why did you uncheck all the items in my shopping list when I installed the latest upgrade? Don’t you guys check it before you send it out??

Give an option to view it like a sales flyer!

H-E-B app

G'townPhil

I love the app but it’s hard to read the aisle numbers. They need to be darker and larger. They are the object of the search.

Missing list sharing and so many other features

VinCulprit

So many features are missing, Such as family list sharing from within the app, where a family member would add an item to the family shopping list. And mark it off when they pick it up. So many items don’t have their information updated or nutritional info updated yet or still. Come on H-E-B get your app team caught up to the digital age! Otherwise I still love your stores

App needs help!

App and online for curbside is glitchy!! For the second time I get my cart full, it has to recover and my cart disappears. Very discouraging! I gave it a two due to the ability to snip coupons but development has a long way to go.

Ignores favorite store preference, provides incorrect info

Rome Rascal

I use the app almost exclusively to find products & to determine where they are located in the H-E-B I prefer to use, either to save time when shopping or to tell someone shopping for me where to find it. The initial versions of the app worked well for doing that & readily provided info about the H-E-B identified in account settings as my preferred store. Now, however, the updated app ignores my preference to ONLY give me info about an H-E-B that is a poorly stocked cesspool best avoided at all costs, even though it is slightly (just 10ths of a mile) nearer to me than the much, much, much better store I prefer & actually go to. E.g., if I search for something such as milk (whether a big brand like Borden or just “milk”), the results will indicate that only the slightly-closer cesspool carries it, even though every H-E-B stocks milk (including their own brand). Given the timing, this “bug” is almost certainly related to the intro of H-E-B’s curbside & home delivery services & is meant as an optimization, but it’s not. Instead, it’s just misleading and aggravating. Please fix it ASAP.

Not in aisle order

zigby12

Items don’t get added to list in order of aisles. Should know what store I’m at and what aisle a scanned item is on.
