Left Grub Hungry – Grubhub: Food Delivery Review

Half the order incorrect my first time ordering, complained about it in a timely fashion so amount was adjusted before appearing on account, but felt a little in the dark in the process. Last week when I asked GrubHub for help they responded by ‘contact your bank’. The bank responded with an 800 number. Monday I called GrubHub back said this is silly, why can’t you just credit GrubHub account? She declined and responded again to contact the bank. Yesterday went to same bakery and ordered the sandwich I thought was correct but the order was also wrong that day…meaning my entire order was incorrect!!! Called bank today to explain, was on hold 10 min and then sent to claims department where I was told wait would be at least another 10 min. I’m so patient but decided to share my experience to prevent future occurrences then try to orchestrate GrubHub to do the right thing. The sad thing is the cost of food averages a FEW DOLLARS MORE PER ITEM so you’d think your order would be correct Side note: Driver was the only positive thing, followed instructions and didn’t have to call for directions Would NOT recommend after said experience.
