Delivery is always late

I use this app because the restaurant my family loves just delivered through here. It’s a headache because orders are always super late.

I think that Grubhub provides a good amount of suggestions for food the time it gets for an order to arrive is just horrible. I waitress for almost hours if you guys are taking that long I might as well cook it myself.

If it weren't solely for the fact that my deliveries are frequently wrong or missing something, but instead of fixing a situation, they just refund you. Okay well, I still want that item... Then on top of that, my orders are more often than not being canceled and I get a phone call (of which I can't stand -- don't call me) asking "Is this so-and-so? Hi, I'm calling from GrubHub on a recorded line to notify you that unfortunately we had to cancel your order due to the restaurant not accepting the order." GUYS. IF THIS IS A CONSTANT ISSUE, DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM. I AM SICK. AND. TIRED. OF THIS GARBAGE APP. Uninstalling. Don't waste your time with them.

they only take major banks If you have a smaller bank the process of getting it connected is way to difficult The customer service has no idea what to do they just ask you to fill out your complaints on a email they send you which gives you the run around because your getting no real answers from a human being just emails and that takes days so why would anybody put the time in

always works! it’s wonderful. uber eats never works and i spend twenty minutes trying to figure it out, i download the app because of the constant bugs and this app always takes my payment thank you !

Terrible customer service I couldn’t get my order right the driver wasn’t picking up they said I couldn’t order again without paying an extra $20 and it was going to take 3 days for my money to come back to me they are absolutely un organized and rip offs because I have to deal with the same thing every-time I order from them

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I get that I wrote my delivery address wrong and that part was on me since I didn’t double check, but the driver started giving me attitude and would not let me help him find the right address and just hung up on me. He was so rude for no reason when I was trying my best to help and try to understand him since he had such a strong accent. He demanded an apology from me and was yelling at me that I was giving him attitude when I was just trying to help him. Worst customer service ever in my life.
