I’ve been using Google Fi since it came out. I have two phones on the program, and I have owned five Google phones now. I’m using a Pixel 2XL and an iPhone XS Max. The more I learn about Google and their meddling in our political election process, the more I realize the organization is, in contradiction to their motto, very much and truly engaged in evil, but their phone system is still great and reasonably priced.

I’m not even able to finish activation step. App crashed before finish activation. Then the app couldn’t recognize the google Fi SIM card ever again. Tried reinstall, took out the SIM card and nothing worked! Very disappointing service.

One extra start for the app. That's about it. The data switching from WiFi to LTE often breaks and then there is no way but to switch off the phone to reconnect to get any data Google support is usually good but not for Fi. Their cut and paste answers are only a waste of time. Time to switch services to a regular mobile provider.

The service at the beginning was working perfectly without any issue tell 3 weeks back, it just stop without any reason, after 3 weeks of lots of emails to the technical support, they told me fi network not for everyone and they will help to close the account !!! What a customer service would say that !!! Really bad, I don’t know if there someone check what’s happening here

Finally I don't have to rely on a separate apps for detecting and blocking spam calls. Use referral code #23P91F to receive for $20 Fi credit.

Google Fi’s data is quite expensive compared to other options today. The only real benefit Fi has is the international roaming at 4G speeds without paying extra. I also have an iPhone 7 and have had continual problems with my data connection when moving from a WiFi network to 4G/ LTE. It requires a reboot of the phone (airplane mode doesn’t work) to reconnect to the cellular data service. I had this same phone on T-Mobile for 2 years prior and didn’t have any kind of issues when moving between WiFi and 4G

We are expats living outside USA and we also travel a lot. Fi is amazing plan. We used nexus 6p and over the year the phones just died. Great plan on $&@&:$: phone. However iPhone support took off and whew that was awesome. Google, please support all features on iPhone. I know pixel is a great phone. Support iPhone and pixel. Folks can choose One or the other.
