App crash before able to activate, never work again – Google Fi Wireless Review

I’m not even able to finish activation step. App crashed before finish activation. Then the app couldn’t recognize the google Fi SIM card ever again. Tried reinstall, took out the SIM card and nothing worked! Very disappointing service.
