Call blocking needs improvement on IPhone

Please let me block numbers within the app. For every country I’ve been, I suddenly get spam calls. In Thailand as soon as I touched down, I was getting spam calls 4x almost every night from 12am to 7am. I never figured out how to properly block them. Now, in Cambodia I am suddenly getting spam calls from Vietnam after midnight.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had an extra horrible experience with google fi. I had an Android but switched to an iPhone because the Android broke, but I kept my number. It was working fine for about 6 months, and one day it just stopped working because the number was on someone else’s email and when that person tried to join Google Fi, the numbers got all messed up. We’ve been trying to fix this for about 3 weeks now, and it’s still broken. For some reason, my data works but I can’t call or text anyone. Customer service was not very helpful either, and they kept referring us to other people, who didn’t help resolve the issue. I’ve tried 3 new SIM cards now, but it’s still not working. They also don’t respond to emails until 12 hours after, so don’t email them. Overall, terrible experience. 100% do not recommend.
Support is just horrible

The app has issue playing back voicemail from time to time. But when I reach out to user support, they claim that visual voicemail feature doesn’t exist and would bother to troubleshoot. I even sent them screenshots of the feature and version history explicitly mentioning it, But this support representative claims that it is false information and feature doesn’t exist on iOS. I hope it’s not that Google actually unintentionally released half broken feature and officially deny the existence of the feature.

The product never worked, and after days of back and forth with completely unhelpful customer service I cancelled and was charged for 3 months total.

Voicemail in app never plays back. I have to call if I want to hear a voicemail. Super annoying this day in age.

I get it. It’s google service on an iPhone. But really this app should at least work. I mean. It’s dumb that we need an app just to read our voicemail and it not work with the os. The app doesn’t even have a main feature working like being able to listen to your voicemail. You can only read the bad translation. It’s like google made their service bad with this phone so we go buy a pixel. When really I’m just going to go back to t-mobile. Byeeeeee
