I own a campground owner of one of the campgrounds listed on this app. As a campground owner, if you pay to advertise on the app, you get a better review. I know some of the campgrounds listed that are “Good Sam” campgrounds, which you pay for, and their ratings are much better, despite the fact that I know the other campgrounds aren’t nearly as nice. I refuse to pay their “ransom” to get a better review.

What happened? Used to be somewhat decent. Can’t even log on. Where is trip planner. Really worthless

It has my location wrong and I can’t change it. It shows a campground 26 miles away when it is really more than 100. Disappointing

Can’t find sign in. I’m a member and can’t sign in. What is different than not member??
Fix the app so we can add our membership cards!

Dumb app since you can’t add your membership card!! Not a current up to date app... other apps allow you to save trips, reservations, and membership info. OLD FASHIONED!! Not up to speed!!

It does not connect or interact with my Good Sam account which honestly makes it useless

I cannot find how to give a rating on individual camp/RV sites. We are presently in a place with an 8.5 rating that should be no more than 5. I cannot depend on the Good Sams ratings to be accurate.
