Bugs Not Fixed

This app was great until 6-8 months ago. The app developers say the bugs have been fixed but searches will not populate and it hasn’t worked for over 6 months. GoodSam is great, the website is great, the app was great. They need to figure out this app and get it fixed. I used to depend on this app for all my vacation research but must go elsewhere now.

I’m an existing Good Sam member and I cannot find where I put in my account information to have my account show on the app. I put my information in and it sends me to a new member signup every time. Also when I pull up campground reviews the app crashes every time.

We have relied on Good Sam rv parks for several years. We have had good luck at all but one of the places we have stayed. Even at older places, the park and the bathrooms were clean. They ranged from acceptable to excellent. We will continue to rely on their App as we continue to travel.

When searching a place ... crashes on 3rd letter of name of city. I have tried different cities, happens every time on 3rd letter entry.

In August 2017 purchases used RV from friend . Needed work so went to Camping World near me, bought parts n joined Good Sam Club. Got temp card n they said they’d send perm cars in 4-7 weeks .... never showed up....called spoke to person .. got same story...2 months later nothing....done w them.

We are lifetime GoodSam members and try to stay at GoodSam parks but this app has become useless because it returns no results when trying to find a park.

Every time I try to use this app it crashes as soon as I tell it to search an area. Would be great if they could fix this

What’s going on between Camping World and Good Sam apps they just can’t get it right. Camping world is buggy and not iframe friendly and now the good Sam app won’t do anything.
