I’m not reviewing the app. I just want to warn anyone thinking of getting this roadside assistance service DONT DO IT! They will fight you tooth and nail to send the cheapest service they can (or not send the service you need at all). Pay a little more and get AAA
Mapping is way off

The app is very helpful in finding Good Sam affiliate parks but the mapping directions are often way off. Our most recent problem was finding a park that the app said was 18 miles from the closest town when it was actually only 2.5 miles. This was not our first encounter with bad directions.

Spent 4 days in Campground given 3 10’s Campgrounds at Camp Chautauqua basically for permanent campers. We asked for Lake View and received sites near a Main Road and nowhere near the lake Unless you camp there permanently you are assigned muddy, wet and bug-infested sites Bathrooms were disgusting General store had little to offer Very disappointed that Good Sam rates so well, which makes me wonder how true their other ratings are
Slow and keeps crashing

App keeps crashing. Also watch the park ratings they lie! Sometimes it feels like the parks rating depends upon the thickness of the envelop the rater is given. There is very little consistency across various campgrounds. Find an app that allows comments and use those.

Even if you don’t want a Good Sam affiliated park, this is pretty much the most complete and easy to use directory I’ve found.
Doesn’t interface with TRIP planner

App enhancement request: I would love for you to include the website Trip Planner and the functions of the trip planner in this app!!! I’d love to be able to download my current trip and access without WiFi or internet since many areas we travel don’t have very good service.

All Dara Loss When Updating

A couple of times when a new version has come out and I’ve graded all my data and favorites were lost. I contacted support and they couldn’t help me. Now I changed phones and did a restore to my new phone and I have nothing. No favorites. I can’t even get the map to display.
