Missing the mark on so many things

Can load your member number, can’t image your card, navigation is poor, search functions are poor
App is worthless

Have used the old app for over 6 years planning trips all over the United States, and while it needed some work it was at least useable and got you where you wanted to go. Then we spend weeks on the old app creating routes and stops for 2019 summer only to have you trash them without the possibility of saving the old app until you could make the new one functional. It is enough to make me drop Good Sam membership. I have never seen such blatant disregard of customer needs.

App does not really serve any purpose without showing my member number and without links to Camping World, Good Sam RV Parks, or other Gander stores or other services.

Bad change not good Murphy says if it works leave it alone I used it a lot but no more can’t figure it out I travel alone as a senior it was a great help for me but no more to bad I really liked the easy way before it was messed with now I need to find a better way to locate a convenient stop over for my travels

Useless, used to be able to find stops, get mileage, price of fuel enroute, roadsto avoid but no more. Useless

The app doesn’t allow you to correlate your account...it is only interested in your renewal, it is not customer focused. Apparently no one is concerned about the customer experience on this app!

It’s keeps crashing when I search, unable to choose city. App needs a lot of work. This would be a good app for us RVers

I put the app on my phone in hopes of using it while traveling. You can even log in to your own account. All it does is try to sell me a membership that I already have. RV Parky is a lot better than this. Google is even better. This is a major joke in my opinion!
