For a Company this size and serving a loyal clientele, this Good Sam app truly disappoints. It is hard to rate the app at one star.

Used the app once made a reservation. Good. Now it’s stuck on the previous city and will not allow a new search 300 miles down the road. I’ll use Yelp
Continual zero results

Don’t use this app. No matter where I selected as a destination, the app returns zero results. Doesn’t matter the filter setting or area. Have deleted then reinstalled with temporary results but quickly breaks again.
Need to Fix
Unhappy .. Very!
I've loved this app but not so much lately. When I open the app it says it's updating, then displays a check mark to indicate the update is complete. After that it either crashes or just won't work. When just not working, no RV parks show up where I know there are RV parks. Come on Good Sam .. please fix this!!
App keeps crashing

Just joined Good Sam and was looking forward to ease of searching. After the first search, searches come up empty. Deleting and reinstalling didn’t help. Looks like it’s an ongoing complaint by other users. It needs to be fixed, otherwise, it’s easier to just use Google!
Zero search results

This app used to function fine but recently started having zero search results for every location I tried. The fix is to delete app and download again, then it works for a search or two before it starts having the same problem. Come on Good Sam fix this app.

If you look up a campground and then leave the app and come back the entire thing is wiped clean and you can’t search again because it brings up “zero results” every time. To get it to work again you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it! Terrible. It would be a handy app for us good sam members if they fixed it so it didn’t crash all the time and wipe your searches clean ?.

We used to love this app. Now after the update it doesn’t work! You search, and no parks come up. Sometimes it won’t even search. HORRIBLE update! Very disappointed!!
No search results; crashes

Could not obtain any information except how to become air renew Good Sam membership. App crashed frequently. Tried searching for nearby campgrounds, by city name, and by zip code. All with no results. Trying the app was a monumental waste of time.
