Poor, little or no help . Poorly developed app. Developer should go back to writing children’s games. But they probably failed there too. LOL

I’m new to RVing.... on my my maiden 11,000 mile cross NA trip. I’ve relied on Good Sam only because I didn’t know better. Their app stinks. But more importantly, their ratings are skewered to asphalt parking lots. If that’s what you are looking for, Good Sams is for you. If you desire a step above a Walmart parking lot that charges 80-100 dollars a night, don’t trust Good Sams.

I downloaded hoping I could use the trip planning function on the website. Nope. I would recommend adding where as you login and confirm your membership this option is made available. We travel a lot and being able to do from my phone would be great.

I used the old app through camping world to plan multiple trips across the country. Had planned my trip from Michigan to the Grand Canyon...alas ALL that information is no longer in the Camping World app. This app is W...O...R...T...H...L...E...S...S. First, it is NOT made for ipad. Second, little useful information for trip planning. Third, it duplicates RV Parky and other campground apps. Hardly worth the download time. I will be deleting it as I use my iPad NOT my phone when traveling....does anyone who develops these apps even use common sense before developing? Do you actually ask people who use these apps what they would like??? NO. NO. NO. What a disappointment from Good Sam.

This app is not as useful as just going to the website. The app doesn’t allow you to login to see reservations, use the trip planner, or your membership information. It seems like this app just exists so that someone can say “hey! We have an app!”

First off there’s nowhere to login With your existing account they only let you create a new one. Map search is horrible as you drag your map across it stops to figure out what campsites are there even though you’re not at your destination. This app should display no campsites until you press the button that says show me campsites in this area.

It is frustrating when you look at a campsite and want to go back it goes back to the beginning. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD SAM!
