Inability to send attachments

Louis22308

No option to send attachments through the app, which significantly limits its functionality.

HORRIBLE!!

If your IT department selects this app for your company, FIRE THE LOT!! In addition to all the other complaints issued previously, I'll add one. The app gives no notification of password expiration; it simply expires wherever and whenever its cryptic logic decides and wipes the app, even if you happen to be...oh let's say you're trying to get your updated flight itinerary at an airport in China. If your IT department selects this app, they're as incompetent as the developers of this app.

The Worst App

Greycat11

Search functionality is terrible. Syncing is seemingly at random and badge icons can never be trusted (which is a problem for a business app). I have an unread email somewhere but can't find it because of the two aforementioned points. Calendar doesn't sync properly with outlook and doesn't properly show accepted meeting requests. It's a pain to log in each time. TouchID helps, but the option for it seems to disappear at random. I can't believe my firm forces us to use this despite how much we complain.

Time wasting, effortful and incapable

Waynebarakat.me

The functionality is very limited - email attachment, meeting scheduling, editing forwards - basic stuff just does not happen. Then there is the buggy method that the good apps connect to each other, so trying to do anything using mail, browser and chat together is just a failure. It blocks spellcheck and autocorrect and does not let you use your one keyboard, among many other things just makes work take so much longer. Why to they have our business? Why do they have a business?

Needs improvement

This app is essentially acceptable for its purpose. However it would be much easier to log in with Touch ID then entering your password.

Frustrating

Oliver1376831

Consistent sync issues with both email and calendar. Unable to customize font, set priority, and change font color. Browser is horrible. It's necessary to take my laptop with me to manage the sync issues (which negates the convenience of having a mobile device). Obviously, the company doesn't use it own technology (app) because it would have been fixed by now. I have a feeling the company is just limping along and hoping companies will not make a change. It is a major undertaking for companies to change enterprise email. Sad, just sad.

Terrible

Push notifications are non-existent (even when turned on). Touch ID only comes up 1 in every 5 times you open the app.
