Why is there NO info on how to change your credit card or phone number? I don’t like the app because of this. Card time frame expired it’s like not well thought out!!!

App worked well, easy to use, tickets were delivered on time & were all correct.

We pre-purchased tickets for a game at a school in a different county. Upon arriving at the school we were told that the school NEVER sells tickets online and does NOT have an account with GoFan. We ended up having to pay (again!) cash to get in to the game. We immediately contacted GoFan to try and resolve this issue and we were told that they have a no refund under any circumstance policy. I am not sure how GoFan gets away with selling tickets to a school that they don’t have an account with. So buyer beware!! Don’t purchase GoFan tickets in advance because EVEN if they advertise the game tickets on their site, they may not do you any good when you get there. Lesson learned, money lost— we will never pre-purchase tickets on GoFan again. We will wait till we are at the ticket counter to ensure the school actually uses GoFan. Also, I will be petitioning for OUR county to stop using GoFan or at least offer a cash option so that I don’t get my money stolen again!

My kids HS don’t even except cash any longer, got to use this app. Whatever STUPID IDIOT made that decision is a straight up fool. Wonder how many rubs this app developers gave the school district?

What a ripoff. Covid has exposed greed of a crisis and this company is no exception. All schools need to go back to accepting cash at events. There’s a special place for folks like this.

Bought three tickets to son’s soccer game. Got reminders a couple hours out via email. Clicked the link, transferred tickets to hubs phone since he was arriving later, and Dads phone. Everyone pulled up tickets, and entered with one touch! No cash which I never carry! No contact. So easy!

20% convenience fee???

In a pandemic it should be criminal to make this kind of money on a mark-up. $1 fee for a $5 ticket? Are you joking? And what choice do I have. You should be ashamed.

The app does not disclose these fees until the end of your transaction. Why is there a convenience fee per ticket as opposed to one for all tickets? My credit card is not charged per ticket. Not impressed with the Ticketmaster business model. I will avoid using the GoFan app in the future.

Works well, but could be better

I’ve been using the app to buy middle school football and basketball game tickets since the COVID-19 precautions have forced a cashless gate requirement.I have found the app to be very stable and 100% successful in my ticket buying experience. But, the one thing I will say could make this better is to be able to use Apple Pay. It gets old having to re-enter the credit card info over and over again.
