Where are my coupons?

Just opened the app to do my usual coupon grab and the app is so different. Where did my list of coupons go? I use to be able to see my own list now all I see is check marks. The format is ok but I like to see my own list. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ??

Can’t get it to work

App keeps telling me I have to update my account. I do and it says “success.” When I try to start using the app, it sends me back through the same circle. I gave up after 5 tries and will delete it. Useless and a waste of time.

PLEASE bring back the ability to search by keyword!

I miss having a search function in this app. Also, there are several categories that could be added to make it easier to find what I'm looking for. Canned food would be one. Edit: Seems this app gets worse with every update. Now, not only can I not search by keyword, I can only view the weekly ad in page form, instead of being able to select a category and view in list form. About the only thing the app is good for anymore is being able to load coupons to my Bonus Card and seeing how many gas points I have.

Suspicious Apple Wallet Activity

Like MANY other reviewers, I also get an error EVERY TIME I try to add my card to Apple Wallet. It makes me very suspicious that the function has been disabled on purpose so that we have to keep your app on our phone and use it to scan our cards at the register. Well that’s fine Giant because I found another app on the store that allows me to add your card to my Apple wallet. ? If you’re going to support Apple Wallet, then support it and make sure it WORKS! If not then just be honest and don’t put the function in your description or a button under the card in your app to add to Apple Wallet!

I’ve called and I’ve sent emails maybe someone from giant will read this comment. Please, please add back the check box on the grocery list. I need a o be able to check off what i am getting on my list as i go through the store. It was there originally and then taken off. Impossible to use this app unless I’m able to check off my purchases as i go through the store. I don’t want to go back to paper but every update to the App I’m waiting for the fix and nothing.

Absolutely horrid app. Save yourself a pain and frustration and just shop at a different grocery store. If me, a person of vast knowledge of technology and how it works cannot make this app work, nobody can.

This app has come a long way

I use the app for shopping instead of the store scan gun. I can get through the checkout in about 5 minutes or less, the scan is so sensitive it scans sometimes before I have the bar code in focus. I can price check if needed. Great app & getting better with each upgrade (however, I just updated the newest version & haven't had a chance to use as yet)

Love the idea, not the execution

I'm dropping this review to 1 star due to the fact that we have yet to get a fix for the fact that the coupons do not delete once used. This is stupid. There's a very easy fix. Make it so that we can delete coupons ourselves. Currently we can't but if we could, we could go through and delete the ones we know we used rather than having them sit there until we forget what was used. This is a problem that is easily fixed. If you can't figure out how to have them delete automatically upon use, then let us do it by ourselves. Ridiculous.

In addition just downloaded the update and the app actually got worse. It deleted all my coupons and will not let me look for new ones. Every time I use the app, it does not register my gas points and does not recognize that I have any coupons in there. Very frustrating app. Please do something to fix this. The people in the store just say the app never works so use the card.

I really want to love this app but I can't yet!

I would love being able to view the circular, if I could actually scroll and zoom it. It nudges a tiny bit one way or another, and zoom is so slow. I have a similar issue with the coupons. Adding them takes a v.e.r.y. lo.n.g. t.i.m.e. and the lag is terrrrrrible. Also, a high level of precision is required for taps in some parts of the app. (Compared to the speed though, that is a tiny problem.) Keep working in this app, though. The pieces are there, and I think once things work right you will have something that your users actually like. I very much want to like it too. Oh, and please make a place in the app for us to give you direct feedback. I couldn't find anything and I would rather reach out to you directly than worry if someone at Giant is monitoring these reviews.
