I really enjoy using the app. No negative comments I just recommend more jazz horn loops, more hip hop loops as well.

Come on guys! Why doesn’t your new update work with voice over yet!

I have loved garage band for years now! I am blind and really appreciate how voice over is compatible with this app. However, with this New update from late 2017 or early 2018,, voiceover is hardly compatible and only says things like, button button, button when you try to click on the instrument options and also on the new sounds update. Speaking of your New functions and new sound update, voiceover is not accessible at all. I do not want to miss out on your new functions with garage band! Not having complete access to this app is killing me guys! So if you would make a new update, that would be greatly appreciated.

Garage band is a stripped down FREE version of Logic audio. Which is comparable, superior even in my opinion to other programs used in the industry. So as far as a free program that you can just open up and make music it’s amazing.... There are endless packs and sounds you can add to that program. All you need is a newer Mac (Mac mini should do) there is actually a studio set up starting at $999 a mixer the good one is 5k, a midi controller like a triton or phantom one or 2 more G’s.. that’ll get you started.!! As far as free apps go....

The new update is terrible! I only got GarageBand for the old music but now they got rid of that. So now I don’t ever wont to download GarageBand again! And that’s final!

Cannot copy and paste between projects anymore

I used to be able to copy a track from one song, exit to the menu, then paste it into another song. I suddenly can’t do that anymore. Now I lost a track and this app is nearly useless. Edit: The update didn’t fix it and I’m beginning to worry that this is a removed feature. Please, I love this app.
