I think this app is great I use this app to make all my ringtones and to pass time. I just wish there were band instruments like flute or trumpet. I also wish that you could make your own little loops for the live loops. Otherwise great app. Thank you

If you are looking for a easy to use capturing software for smaller live show or demo recording, this is top notch. If you are upset that it doesn’t compare to 200 dollar base price capture software, it’s still readily available. This is a piece of software that I wouldn’t live without, but only the uneducated would rely on this software for professional production. I can write music on the go, and in a quick pinch it can get something recorded before it is lost. It is exponentially better than the old reel to reel and other methods of recording, but it is bare bones at best. If you are a would be engineer, run the other way. If you are planning on recording your band’s demo for cheap, it can do the job.

I must say this is an amazing app with awesome tools for making music. Although this has great functionality, it has a few things to improve on. The first being the guitar needs more frets. Many pieces require more than 12 frets. Secondly, there should be more possible chords on all the instruments. Third, there should be a mode where you can create the tab and or sheet music for a piece and the selected instrument plays it. Otherwise, that’s all! It’s great!

Hi it’s me I love the snap I am blind and it is so fun. I think that you should make lots more apps like this. I have since suggestions like for instance you could make an app where we can make our own fart and you could also make an app where we could take care of pets. Oh and also I’m like this up so much that this is why you got a five star rating. And those of you who made bad reviews about the apps deal with it because guess what this app is amazing just the way it is and I wouldn’t change it just a bit. And one more

I have written HUNDREDS of songs using this app. No exaggeration. I love this app. But there is a huge problem: you can’t have multiple notes playing from a midi instrument (guitar)! If I use the electric/rock guitar for example, and I add the three notes from a power chord into the “edit” screen, only the highest note plays! This used to work, Apple! What did you do? Just fix it. It’s not a problem for other instruments, so why guitars????

I’ve been working on a song for a while and the app was working great, but all of the sudden it stopped playing audio. I turned the volume all the way up, I tried putting in headphones, I restarted the app, and even restarted my phone but nothing helped. So know I have a song but no way to hear it at all

I been able to make a lot of music and even record all of my iPhone which is great I’m not in one spot and I can do this on the go . Most of the sounds and loops aren’t really hip hop material tho if you a producer trying to make certain type of tracks . You guys should try to incorporate more sounds and loops not only hip hop genre but all sounds. The app isn’t difficult at all , sometimes a lags but other than that I enjoy it . It kills time for me and I’ve gotten better with making beats and using melodies just from practice .
