The old app might've been better! – Funimation Review

Hello! I just have a few things that I want to point out. One, I contacted customer service before to inquire about my problems trying to sign up to another annual subscription and also another question about my info in my bio. Shortly after I sent my message I was able to fix my subscription access but not my bio info. *** Customer Service never got back to me to reassure about my service*** 2nd, on the iPhone app for 6+ , the design of the app when playing doesn't give you option to switch languages. Also no back button for the previous episode. The worst part, I tried to keep playing a show in English which is available in English since I can play it on my Ps4 and my laptop. But my iPhone app failed utterly and miserably:( This is sad because this is the main reason I subscribe to Funimation in the first place. It really is kind of a let down from the product and the customer service. Kind of disappointing.
