Doesn't WORK!

I have always paid and now like others it's stuck on the subscription screen. I've done all the tasks it ask and I cant watch anything on any device. It still keeps charging me as well because I was hoping eventually it would work.....I was WRONG!

So I downloaded this app and when I tried to start my free trial it lets me got to the part where i put my email and stuff in but every time I try to create the account it either says my email is already used and the other one says use a email that works but the reason i wrote this ^ is because i want it fixed so i can actually use the app so please please please fix it asap ? thx

I tried to make an account and they said that someone had already used that email, so I made a new email account and they said someone has used that one as well, don't use this app it's absolutely terrible.

shouts out to the update letting audio play without headphones! also shouts out for making the video options disappear w another tap on the screen. marathoning while using AirPlay is a bit wonky though. Don't get why this app has such low ratings. ?? I think it's pretty good at least a 3 1/2 rating. If I could make more suggestions, making a portrait mode for the app would make navigation easier imo. Also fixing the bugs with the recently watched page and the sizing of the anime's title card. I'd also rather there be a bar at the bottom with categories rather than the pull out from the side listing. It could have browse, home w the queue and recently watched, settings and other stuff kinda like the Amazon video app. Additional to the genre sorting, can there be a calendar sorting for the simulcasting shows by date like a Sunday trough Saturday week frame with the show in time order under its airing date and when we tap the title card it gives us the show listing? Those are some suggestions I have. This app is relatively new and still blows the old one out of the water. The potential is there!

OKAY! I love this app. But yesterday it kicked me out and it won't go past the subscription page. I have over half a month left on my subscription. Please fix this. Its wasted money......

When I downloaded the app and tried to run it it kept saying connection lost I deleted it and downloaded it but it's still said the same thing I was connected to my wifi but it still didn't say anything

You can finally tap away the player. Although, you can't watch The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya or half of what they offer on blue-ray.

I was enjoying the English dub of an anime when suddenly I wasn't allowed to watch it. I was signed up for the all access pass but I guess since I'm still in the trial month for whatever reason, it won't let me watch the dubs. :/
