Clunky app/website. Terrible fees.

It took me an hour to figure out how to purchase bags on this app and the website (yes, I tried both). The instructions told me to click “Add Baggage” but that option was greyed out and not click-able. I basically ended up clicking random things until it worked. I had to go through the same adds about purchasing other “perks” about 5 million times before I could even purchase what I needed to purchase, and once I got there, the buttons wouldn’t work. I would click and nothing would happen. I fly Southwest regularly for cheaper, AND I get two free checked bags and two free carry-ons. Plus, to change my flight, Frontier charges $400-$500. Southwest charges nothing. What Frontier charges $90 for and calls “perks”, Southwest calls normal and what I already paid for in my airfare. And Southwest’s flights are still usually cheaper, once you consider all of Frontier’s fees. I will never be flying Frontier again.


Airline waited until last minute to notify passengers that flight has been canceled.

Stranded in TUL

We Frontier notified TUL passengers 1hr40mins prior to departure when their plane coming in from Dulles (which would take 2hrs40mins to flight to TUL) never took off. It would have been nice if the airline cares enough to notify the passengers in a timely manner so we could have spent more time with family or doing better things than seat around unnecessarily. To make the matter worse, the airline representative announced that she tried to contact the team in Dulles repeatedly but no response or direction. What kind of business does this company run? My first time with Frontier and also my last...

This is my second time flying Frontier. The only positive is the initial price...they hit you with ridiculous fees such as a fee to CARRY ON a bag, a fee to get a seat....no snacks, no cost comfort and RUDE employees. It’s a bait and switch and a terrible customer experience

Confused and disappointed

Your app is so confusing-bundled prices, too many options. A mess. Just charge one fee for flight and be done with the nonsense. Who has time for this-literally have been on this app for over 1/2 hr, trying to calculate costs, seats, bags-it seems intentionally confusing. Disappointed honestly. I have never flown on Frontier and doubt I will do so again. I travel quite a bit and I’ve never had a more confusing experience. I want to like your airline, I really do, but it’s been a trying booking experience. And to top it off this review asks for a nickname and it took me 10 times before I could find something that hasn’t been taken. Racking up the dissatisfaction Frontier!


Cancelled flight for mechanical issues

People at the front desk weren’t that helpful and it took 2 hours to print off hotel vouchers...the meal voucher came out in an email after we had all left for the hotel but it said to get the meal voucher from the airport front desk...I wasn’t going to go back to the airport for that. Speed up that process.
