I couldn’t figure out how to include my KTN on my Frontier account so my next flight is not classified as Pre TSA as it should. Also very confusing with all the different fees and don’t even try to figure out how to get that most down scouted rate.

Some people really don’t like to pay for a carry on bag, neither do I really. The great thing is you can always find a quick trip for a few days and carry a personal bag. That means no waiting in line at the airport and the price is fantastic! My daughter and I took a quick get away that I selected from one of the email deals for less than $200! Total! Round trip for 2 ! You can’t beat that. Even if you need more luggage just buy the bundle that includes carry on , checked bag and premium seats. You will still pay less than other airlines most of the time. JUST Do NOT take a suit case that exceeds the weight or size because you will pay the fine! This cuts down on fuel costs for the plane. Plain and simple.

No notifications for flight delay!

I just had a flight delayed and when I checked the app, the boarding pass still says original time. Family member texted to tell ME my flight was delayed. I have to scroll through flights FROM departing airport and THEN click on “get status”. Now it says delayed but never got a notification from app. Boarding pass still says wrong time. Checked in on app 18 hours earlier and there was no notice. This app need a LOT of work.

This is my first flight with frontier and most probably my last flight as well. Flight is delayed by 4hrs with no proper notifications....all we hear is some lame excuses for the delay. You can do a better job than this.

Won’t be using this airline again...

If i'd only known...

Pretty significant rip-off to have to pay for a carry on! And the web site and app are just shy of extortion.

Missed connecting flight due to delay on your end and next flight isn’t until tomorrow at 930 am. My father is disabled and now has to sleep in the airport because no accommodations were given to him or his caregiver. You will be losing a customer.

This airline is horrible. Flight 136 keeps getting delayed, by over two hours and nobody is even at the ticket counter. There is a line full of unhappy people. Probably going to miss our connecting flight. I understand that things happen but to not even have anyone at the ticket counter so we can at least check our bags and go sit down is just absurd. I will never fly this airline again.
