Flight cancelled after hours of telling us nothing! The story changed from hour to hour. Slept in Denver airport and the staff of Frontier appeared irritated when we asked for an update. Everyone said they would never fly Frontier again!!!! Rumors of pilots walking off job!!! Not good business!!

You can love Frontier Airlines or leave them. This isn’t the place to whine about the airline or that you didn’t know you bought a ticket on an ultra low cost carrier. I fly on multiple airlines frequently. No other airline’s app come close to matching Frontier’s. This app is a model of simplicity and functionality. You can do EVERYTHING from this app! It works better than their website. The app guides you through all additional fees (bags, etc) and hides nothing. It’s fast, clean, and so easy to use, someone could handle flying with minimal tech proficiency. I wish other airlines had apps this great. It’s disappointing to see these one star reviews. This app makes me want to fly Frontier. It’s that good!

After entering my info and getting my boarding pass and checking it twice this app actually forced me to run an update right when I was up at the front of the line at TSA. It wouldn’t go through and I had to leave the already slow line. I can’t believe it wouldn’t let me get past the update screen and do it at a better time.

When I got at the gate the plane was not there till 32 minutes after the department time, next the plane had to much gas so that was delayed by 45 minutes to 1 hour, then the plane delayed more all the way till 10:30pm.

This app appears to be a pretty good one. They just need to enlarge the teeny tiny print above the scan code symbol for TSA precheck on the wallet feature. The agent can’t see it.

I woke up on the day of my flight to an email saying they were “sorry my trip had not worked out”. I had no idea what that was about. Flight cancelled, no explanation and no support helping me onto another flight. I had to book two tickets for my son and me, because we had an appointment at Shriners Hospital, and was out over $700. What the heck? If you are budget, so be it, but when you screw up, you have to fix it! Don’t cancel flights for no reason!

New site way too complicated, does not auto populate fields off of my frequent flyer membership number. Gray tiny fonts hard to see or read. Non intuitive from start to finish. Took 30 minuets to complete single city round trip that I’ve flown countless times. One star is generous rating!
