Cancelled flight for mechanical issues – Frontier Airlines Review

People at the front desk weren’t that helpful and it took 2 hours to print off hotel vouchers...the meal voucher came out in an email after we had all left for the hotel but it said to get the meal voucher from the airport front desk...I wasn’t going to go back to the airport for that. Speed up that process.
