Your app says that there are no stores in my area, but there's one down the street that delivers here all the time. I want to use the app to save time but it never works. The overall interface could use some work too.

I went to enter a split payment and it was a challenge to redeem my gift card, but it was more of a pain to enter my credit card balance because there isn’t a decimal available, so it wouldn’t read 12.41 it would make it 1241 and not accept it! I had to type a text to myself, copy, and paste it back in the app for it to accept. That was way too much work! Please fix!

With the money ‘Fresh Brothers’ makes, its high time to invest some of that ‘pizza dough’ into bringing the Fresh Brothers app into the 21st Century. Old, ugly, cumbersome. And about as slow as the delivery of the pizza itself (which is slowwwwwww).
App—good enough for pick up

Delivery takes too long for any local pizza place. This app does. All that’s necessary for pick up except for order status. Oh well. It would be nice if the store’s customer service and organization was at least half as good as the app. The pizza: excellent and consistent. However, the slicing doesn’t leave each slice with the traditional handle.
Can’t create an account

I can’t create an account because it says Google maps can’t locate my address. No other food delivery app has this problem for me

I was hoping they had fixed the gift card glitch with this update. I was VERY wrong. Now, for the split-payment feature, not only does it not let you use saved cards (you have to manually type it in every time), but it absolutely WILL NOT accept the gift cards even after you manually type it out multiple times, remove it, add it back, it errors out EVERY TIME. Also, there is no decimal point button to type out the split totals (it doesn’t do it for you), and then when it errors out it makes you start the payment process over again. Such crap, I currently have $45 of gift cards that I can’t use. Ugh. Pizza is great just FIX THIS F*CKING APP!!!

I love fresh brothers food but always have an issue. Either they lose the order, it’s delivered super late or the deliver our order and then an hour later they deliver our order again. Super frustrating!
Easy for simple orders- pricing not listed

This app is great if you know what you want, however it doesn't necessarily state what each addition would cost as you place your order. That means you have to go back and change it if there's an extra naturally high cost for adding additional toppings or items. The garlic knots are phenomenally great for a craving and the chicken parm sliders are a super easy fix for a carb and fry need without being terrible for you or too large of a serving.
