Love this app. Makes it easy to repeat an order. The only issue I had/have is updating address and credit card info

Cauliflower pizza is fantastic, app is not. Please update the app to add toppings within standard menu options. For example, I wanted to add pepperoni to the Veggie Pizza but there is no option to add any ingredients not currently on the pizza nor to add sizes like ranch. In addition, please add tracking for delivery.

Won’t recognize my address in Burbank

Downloaded app. Used as a guest and then signed in and it will Not recognize my address using google map. Needs to be fixed.

Gift cards and split payments don’t work!

I’ve now lost the balance of 2 or 3 gift cards trying to use them on the app or website. Removes the balance but order fails. Last time I emailed “corporate” but never received a response. Just tried a few minutes ago to use new split payments. Keypad had no decimal so I had to copy/paste the payment amount but then got an error when I tried to complete order, error 500. I ended up just using credit card and it went through although the option to add a tip seems to have disappeared too. Love your food but please fix your app!

I only use the app to get the 10% off but other than that it’s slow and closes out randomly or if you get out of app for a sec it clears order then start all over again.

I love that you can split the amount with two different cards but - that’s not really working on my phone. It will not allow an amount like 15.50 because the “.” is not available. Hope that makes sense. Love you guys anyway. You’re the best!

UI is really dated with tiny text and odd button choices. For example, when finished editing an order, there’s an EDIT button where a DONE button should be. If I’m finished editing the order, why am I still looking at a button that says EDIT? When entering payment info, DONE is on the lower left and NEXT is on the lower right. Why? It shouldn’t be this hard to order pizza via a mobile app.

Love Fresh Brothers, but confusing app!

I love getting pizza from Fresh Brothers, and enjoy every bite! However, the app is really counter-intuitive. I have to puzzle through it every time. I have a Ph.D., so I am fairly clever, but this app makes me doubt my intellect each time that I use it! It would be cool to streamline it and add options for tracking the delivery.
