How about storing my card so I don’t have to add it every time? How about working next button functionality for iPhones? How about when trying to repeat previous orders actually being able to add them by clicking on them?

I love fresh brothers and the only reason I rated the app low was to help you find this review. I recently moved to a new location in town and the app refused to accept the new address. I tried every variation, but it kept saying that google maps can’t locate the address. Here is your work around: - Go to their website - Set up / register a new account with new email - Enter your delivery address - Go to mobile app and log in using new credentials Apparently the website will accept any address, apartment, etc. Hope this helps!

The current version will not apply my credit card on file to my purchase. I have to reenter the credit card every time. Secondly, the App does not show any nutritional information. This is very important to me.
People that care make a simple app perfect!

Ordered for a huge event I was having. Got excellent pizza and excellent service - so much so I’ve been ordering on payday ever since. The app is very simple, and does not appear to have a bunch of customization but that’s where an attentive staff comes in. Use the special instructions line to add requests. Our location in Santa Monica definitely delivers with accuracy. Download the app for a seamless delicious fresh brothers dinner.

For the past two weeks this we have been unable to complete the simple purchase of a pizza with this app. Last week every attempt to get a pizza delivered gave an error that Google Map service couldn’t find our address. This was true for EVERY address we tried to use, which included friends and our offices. Tonight, the app kept giving us errors on payment when we tried to use a gift card (and yes, we verified he balance on it). Not to mention the poor functionality of the app itself: where you’re supposed to enter the payment amount it gives you a phone-type number pad which gives you no way to enter a decimal! Also, clicking “next” as you’re entering info does NOTHING. You have to click “done” for each item. That took a while to figure out. Oh, and their website says you save 10% by using the app but no such discount was taken; in fact, when we gave up and called the order in to our local FB it was actually cheaper than the total on the app! Summary: a flawed app that literally makes ordering a pizza (you know, it’s one and only job) impossible. Unacceptable.

We LOVE FRESH BROTHER PIZZA. We ask on EVERY order for the cheese and crust to not be browned. To cook lite. We DO NOT LIKE CRUNCHY PIZZA. 75% of our orders are over cooked. Recently tried the Beetz pizza and it was to hard to eat. The thinner pizza doesn’t need to stay in the oven the entire time like a thick crust. Should be an easy fix.

Order app is difficult to use. I love their pizzas, but this app is super frustrating. Coupon codes are only occasionally accepted. Trying to customize a pizza with toppings on only half of the pizza is tricky. Cart does not clearly tell you what is on your pizza. The order is difficult to review, and 50% of the time the pizza delivered is not what was ordered.

Your app has a bug where I can’t see menu, and when I try to order previous orders it says “not available”.... please fix and I’ll update review
