Great food, horrible app

Love the restaurant. The app, however, is one of the worst I've ever used. It's not intuitive or user friendly. The app used to be more like a 3 star app, but they changed it in 2018 and now it's worse and harder to use. As of April 4, 2019, it's now been broken for quite a while to where I can't even use it. I get to the payment page, click my credit card with "Card Ending son ____," then get denied with a pop-up message telling me I need to select a payment. ? I've skipped eating at Fresh Brothers a few times due to this. UPDATE: It's September 2019 and I'm still rarely ordering from Fresh Brothers compared to what I used to because the same exact error is making it impossible to order with the app. (Used to be once every two weeks and now it's only once every two months). I just go eat other things instead. They've lost so much of my money already by not updating their app. Not sure how this app is rated so high. I think people are rating the pizza by mistake.

I’m a fan of Fresh Brothers, but their app? Not so much. It crashes on me more than any of the apps on my phone. This last order took 3 tries before I could complete the process. That’s 3 times I had to build custom pizzas. The UI is clunky and would have looked at home on the original iPhone. Also, the coupons can be problematic. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t (even when shown on their site to be valid). Then I just phone the order in. New designers maybe??
Bring back sauce choice!

We used to order from Fresh Bro’s all the time. As a busy mom, I like placing my order in advance and not having to make a phone call. My daughter can’t stand red pizza sauce so we always got her a cheese pizza without sauce. Since the last update, I can’t edit the pizza to have no sauce. It won’t allow me to remove the sauce or add instructions for the individual pizza. I’ve tried putting the request in the special instructions part at checkout but the shop always ignores that and sends a pizza with sauce. You’ve lost my business til you can fix this.

We love you food and love the app. It’s so easy to use and saves my info. But it won’t accept any of your online discount codes. So instead I have to find your website in my browser to order. Please let the discounts work in the app too! Otherwise there’s no point in the app.

I do receive pizza every time I use this app, which is great. But I don’t get any sort of confirmation with order, no eta, no anything.

Seriously just call there are certain characters it won’t let you enter and you could’ve easily called and ordered and all the time you will stand trying to submit the “correct information” in the app. Also ask for plates you have to call no matter what and ask for plates they will not remember ask for plates.

It used to be that you could save credit card info and select chopped or tossed for salad options. They no longer support either. Also frustrating that my history is regularly lost with app updates. They’ve recently partnered with Door Dash, so it’s probably best to go directly through them as they put more effort into updates and app usability.

The old app used to store my payment info. It now stores my card in my account but i have to re-enter my card on every order. It’s a super annoying glitch and I’m only writing about it because it hasn’t been fixed for at least 6 months.
