App does not store your credit card and is not an integrated with Apple Pay, not even integrated with the scan credit card feature using the camera. Very annoying.
Not a functional app!

So annoying - you cannot order pizza without sauce if that’s what you want! You also can’t order pizza with additional toppings. Allergies? Can’t put those in the notes either. Worst of all - have a gift card? Good luck using it on web or app - both always glitch out. I love their pizza but the app could really use work

I just want to put in a customer feedback on the new app. It is HORRIBLE. As a costumer I want the ability to customize my order as I did before. Medium/deep dish half X half Y. The fact that the new app provides none of this means we are ordering less pizza from them than we did before.

Most other pizza chains have easy to use apps with quite a bit more detail and tracking. And why are there never any coupons?
Great pizza, weak app

Love Fresh Bros, love their pizza, love placing an order without talking to a human. Issues with the app, though: 1) Can’t use a saved credit card. In my Profile, the cards are saved, but when I place an order, I can only add a payment. 2) Next button doesn’t work when adding a payment. Would be less irritating without 1). Have to press Done after each field because Next button doesn’t work. The rest of the app is clunky but serviceable. Orders usually arrive properly (unless you try to add multiple sauces). Would probably give 4 stars if I didn’t have to dig out my credit card every time I place an order, like a cave man.
Love the pizza. Hate the current version of the app.

Love the pizza. Sausage has the correct spice combo. Tastes like Chicago sausage, which is hard to find outside of the city. Hate the app. This version is a step backward! In earlier versions, I could save my payment info and add a tip through the app. Now, I can’t do either of these things. Very irritating. Especially when my purse and wallet are nowhere near me. Personally, I don’t care much about split payments; bring back my ability to save my payment info!
