It's not hard to use but the endless choices and the fact that half of the hard copy menu wasn't even on the app was frustrating. I finally chose a salad and went on to get a family platter and the app crashed, and after I refilled my Salas's options, the family platter option wasn't even on the menu in the app. So, i wanted to order 10 wings but it only gives me the option to buy 15 and pay extra. I resorted to calling instead, the app could have been really easy and helpful but it was only annoying.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was told by one of the employees of fresh brothers that they had an app. I didn't need to use EAT24 app anymore. It works for what you want it to. Selection is good, if they listed everything I believe you may develop information paralysis. It is quick and easy, love it!
