Can’t Sign In on App

I can’t sign in on the app, it just says “Loading...” and the wheel spins forever, never loads. I can sign in and order online with a browser, but the app doesn’t work. Please fix!

I used to love this app. Now that I’ve moved and put in my new address it won’t let me start a new order. It only shows my old orders and won’t even let me use one of those. And when I call the store to place the delivery order I usually end up missing items upon delivery. Wish they had better service.
Can’t get past location screen

Unfortunately the only way I can order delivery for Fresh Brothers is through their app but the app doesn’t let me past their “choose location” screen. When I choose the local restaurant, the app freezes ?♀️

Can’t put any special instructions on items. Can’t choose to chop any salad and add dressing. Saved payment card doesn’t work. Super annoying and used to work really well until the refresh.

Love the restaurant. The app, however, is one of the worst I've ever used. It's not intuitive or user friendly. The app used to be more like a 3 star app, but they changed it in 2018 and now it's worse and harder to use. As of April 4, 2019, it's now been broken for quite a while to where I can't even use it. I get to the payment page, check my credit card, then get denied with a pop-up message telling me I need to select a payment. ? I've skipped eating at Fresh Brothers a few times due to this.
