Does not correctly block mobile apps

I’ve really been enjoying using Freedom and would definitely consider going for a full year plan. However, one of the apps I want to block the most, Instagram, does not get blocked during the Freedom sessions I run. I’ve tried using block lists containing both the Freedom default blocker for Instagram and with the Instagram URL as well, but no matter what, the app will not get blocked. The Instagram website on Safari does get blocked, but the app on the phone does not. Please fix this issue and I would absolutely purchase a full year plan, I would love to continue using Freedom and I think it would be an excellent app if it worked properly.

But it doesn’t work anymore. It says a session has started but I can easily get to all my apps which are supposed to be blocked. What gives

You can’t block IP addresses

For whatever reason, the app won’t let you block IP address ranges, which are necessary because the app fails to block certain sites like Instagram and Facebook. My suggestion is you find a different app.

I paid for life time 5 devices. I should have checked it first ? I bought this app because some speaker (no doubt getting paid to endorse. Thank you Michael Hyatt) said it's a great tool to stop distraction. I created my own selection of simple Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) Got a warning We may not be able to block Facebook. I tried blocking their own options i.e. Politics. I was able to go straight to CNN, Reuters and get this DNC and RNC sites. No option to contact them but KB which is designed as more sales page. Save your money.
